Chris is a internal medicine physician and father of a child with plasminogen deficiency. He received his medical degree and completed residency at the University of Michigan. He has been in primary care practice for over 12 years. After 6 years of participating in plasminogen deficiency clinical research, his family has experienced the benefits and challenges of current treatment options. He is also familiar with the challenges of providing education on rare diseases to busy primary care physicians.
